Juliette Milan: President – Chief Executive Officer

Married, mother of 3 Adult children. I have been an Entrepreneur and Educator for 25 years. And I was a victim but now a survivor of past domestic violence. 

I live to tell my story in the hope of helping others understand the domestic violence process, recognize it for what it is and make steps to get out of it. 

I’m focused and determined to put a “Face” on accusers to help expose domestic violence.  I’m dedicated to equip the victims, through the healing process, to become a survivor and ultimately save the family! 

Woman 2 Woman is the vehicle that can drive home the reality that there is a support system to aid the recovery process! 

Dexter Milan: 1^ST Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

Husband and father of three. I became involved with domestic abuse when I married, at that time a victim and with a lot of Love, helped her transform to a survivor.  I have a deep passion help females that suffer abuse at the hands their abusers and therefore I’m committed to this cause for life. 

Paulette Williams: 2^nd Vice President – Event Director

Life without hope dies!! Knowing that we have the opportunity to help someone that has been stripped of any hope and their self esteem by being a victim of domestic abuse gives me joy in my heart and a feeling of accomplishment through programs that we have put a lot of time and effort into. 

Carmen Turner: Volunteer Director

Giving back to the community has always been a part of my life. Inspiring, encouraging and assisting those that have experienced domestic abuse in their lives is a mission that I am passionate about and will continue to do so as long as domestic abuse exists. Domestic abuse does not only affect the victims but it also affects those who witness it, especially children. It is essential that we restore order to the lives of domestic abuse victims and their families, please join us in this great mission.

I've been in sales most of my life and currently work for the largest automotive dot.com in the nation, Autotrader.com. AutoTrader.com is heavily involved in helping Woman2Woman in any way they can, and I'm proud to be part of both. 

I'm a man with a warrior’s heart that has found a cause that I will help with all my might. What company I work for, what position I hold or what degree I have or don't means very little when you choose to stand when others sit watching waving their credentials in the air. I'm a man of challenge, and I challenge all to stand to knock domestic violence down!
